Poorly attended. We went to communicate that we bought 8 screws with plugs and at home we saw that there were only 6. We forgot the masks at home, but to solve it, it was just to hand us the 2 missing at the door. That's why we were poorly attended and ignored. It's a shame, we were loyal customers of the store, now, no more. I do not recommend this establishment.

Terrible service. On 02/24 I needed a service to remove the keys from a lock (I took the lock off the door, leaving it open) and the person asked me to leave and come back at 1 PM (it was 9 AM). When I returned, the person still hadn't seen it and was supposed to come back at 6 PM. I went back later again and upon arriving there, they claimed that "the person/owner didn't come, so it wasn't done, only tomorrow". I was outraged because of the time and was forced to go directly to the stores in Jundiaí (C&C, Telhanorte, Dicico, etc.). Luckily, I found an identical one at Joli. Terrible service and disregard for the customer. I do not recommend it to anyone and I will not go back there even for a key copy.
